This document contains the General Terms and Conditions according to which "Dazzl" EOOD provides services to users/customers (everyone who has opened to the website DAZZL.BG , through the Internet store DAZZL.BG

These terms are binding on all users.

"Dazzl" EOOD has full rights at any time to change the internet site DAZZL.BG and the ways to access it .


"CPA" - means the Consumer Protection Act.
"GDPR" - means the Personal Data Protection Act.
“PSA” – means the Postal Services Act.
"SITE" - means the website located at DAZZL.BG

 

"ONLINE STORE" - means the virtual store located at DAZZL.BG providing the opportunity to purchase jewelry via Internet.

 

"USER" means a person using the site's functionalities.

 

“USER” – means a user within the meaning of the CPA.

 

"PERSONAL DATA" - means personal data within the meaning of the GDPR.

 

"CASH ON DELIVERY" - means cash on delivery within the meaning of the PSA.

 

"GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS" - means the present general terms and conditions. By clicking on any link, button or application on the site, with the exception of the link to these general conditions, the user expressly and unconditionally agrees to the present general conditions for the use of the site and the online store.

 

  • DAZZL.BG is a website that is an online store for e-commerce.
  • The website offers deals for the purchase of silver jewelry manufactured by "DAZZL" EOOD, which is delivered by the company through couriers, directly to the customer at the address specified by him.
  • These general conditions provide information and contain the rules for the operation and consumption of the site's resources by each customer-user.
  • Each user is bound by the rules of these general terms and conditions for the entire time of using the site, from the initial entry to the exit from the website.

TERMS OF ORDERING AND DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

 

  • Offers for individual types of jewelry can be sorted by different indicators, according to the requirements of the customer-user and the classification offered on the site.

  • The offers contain basic information about the offered product according to its type, size, and approximate weight and indicate its price. The offers are accompanied by photographic material. The price indicated on the site refers to the specific weight and size of the product.
    IMPORTANT!!! The photos on the site are illustrative (variations in color shades are possible).

  • The indicated price of the individual product is for 1 piece.
  • The products' ordering and delivery conditions are indicated on the website.
  • Ordering a certain product is done by pressing the button "Add to cart" of the desired product. The action represents a declaration of intent, which binds the client and "DAZEL" EOOD by force of contract, respectively, to the conditions described in this document and the rules of the Consumer Protection Act and trade rules.
  • The customer specifies the main parameters of the product he wants, according to the presented options and the type of product (patinated and polished).
  • When placing an order, the customer must specify an address and phone number where it is possible to contact the customer within the delivery period.
  • Indicating an incorrect/wrong address and/or phone makes the order invalid and does not bind DAZZL.BG to the obligation to fulfill the delivery.

 

DELIVERY CONDITIONS

 

  • The methods of payment for purchases from DAZZL.BG are cash upon delivery/cash on delivery/, and by credit/debit card directly through the site, and all prices are final, in Bulgarian leva, including VAT. All deliveries within the borders of Bulgaria are delivered through the courier company ECONT/SPEEDY.
  • Products ordered by the customer are delivered within 14 working days to the address specified by the customer, provided that the address is specified correctly and is valid.
  • When making a gold product to the customer's order, the customer requires a deposit of 50% of the value of the specific ordered product. In these cases, the term for the order begins to run from the moment the customer pays the deposit. The deadline for making the ordered product is 14 working days. If the customer refuses to receive and pay for the product (manufactured product), the deposit amount is not refundable.
  • The ordered goods are delivered appropriately packed according to their type and the transport used for delivery.
  • If the customer is not found within the deadline for delivery to the specified address or if access and conditions for delivery of the goods are not provided within this deadline, the order is considered canceled, and DAZZL.BG is released from its obligation to fulfill the requested delivery.
  • If the customer confirms his desire to receive the ordered goods and after the expiration of the delivery period, in which he was not found at the address, he shall bear the costs of delivery. The costs are paid upon receipt of the goods, at the same time as the price of the goods.
  • When choosing the "cash on delivery" option, the payment of the due price of the goods takes place when it is received by the customer who ordered the goods or by a third party on his behalf, provided that he confirms the receipt and identity of the ordered goods. A document for the completed transaction is issued by "DAZZL" EOOD and is received by the customer together with the goods.
  • When choosing the option "payment by debit/credit card", the payment of the due price of the goods is made directly through our website and the following conditions apply:
    1. Payment by debit/credit card via V-pos.
    2. Types of cards accepted: Visa and Mastercard debit, credit, and business cards
    3. Transactions are carried out using the MasterCard Identity check and VISA Secure security programs.
    4. Regarding security, the maximum amount for payment by card is BGN 8,000.
    5. We do not store data about the bank cards used for payment through the site.
    6. If it is necessary to return an amount paid with a bank card, the amount is refunded to the card with which the payment was made.
  • If a third party undertakes to accept and confirm receipt of the ordered goods on behalf of the original customer who placed the order, the latter has no right to return the goods or make any objections to the delivery.

 

REFUSAL TO RECEIVE ORDERED AND DELIVERED GOODS

 

  • According to the CPA and the e-commerce rules, you have the right to return the ordered jewelry within 14 DAYS of receiving it, in case the following conditions are met:

 

- Maintained good commercial appearance (goods are not damaged, scratched, broken, torn, worn, etc.).
- No damage caused by improper use.
- Retained original packaging, consumables, and accessories, if any were included.
- Transport costs for returning goods are at the customer's expense. When exchanging goods, the transport costs are at the customer's expense in both directions. When returning a product with a discount on the delivery fee, you owe the same and it will be calculated when reimbursing the amount you paid.

 

  • A customer who has ordered a product from the online store DAZZL.BG has the right to refuse to receive a product ordered by him when it is delivered, only in the cases specified in these conditions.
  • If the delivered goods do not correspond to the ones ordered by the customer and this can be established by a simple examination of the goods;
  • If the product or its packaging is damaged during transportation;
  • Complaints on the above-mentioned points are made only at the time of delivery.
  • Outside of the listed cases, the customer has no right to refuse to receive and pay for the goods ordered by him. Otherwise, he owes payment for the costs incurred for delivery and return of the goods.
  • In cases of refusal to receive the goods, a protocol is drawn up at the time of delivery. If the customer refuses to sign the protocol, it is assumed that his refusal to receive the goods is unfounded and he must pay the costs of delivery and return of the goods.
  • After receiving and paying for the goods, the customer can make a complaint within 72 hours by calling 0897056039.
  • Upon delivery, the customer receives a certificate with information about the silver sample.
  • Complaints are not accepted if the customer specifies the wrong model or variant (patinated or polished). DAZZL.BG can, at the customer's request, correct the product at the customer's expense and with a subsequent additional payment (if necessary).

 

RESTRICTIONS AND COPYRIGHTS

 

  • All rights reserved. All intellectual property rights on the information resources and materials published on the site are subject to protection under the current Copyright Law and its related rights, and their non-regulated use constitutes a violation of the law and entails civil, administrative, and criminal liability by the current Bulgarian law legislation.
  • The users of the site have the right to freely use the resources of the site DAZZL.BG except the restrictions described in these general conditions and other generally valid restrictions.
  • Users of the site DAZZL.BG has no right to copy, distribute, or use texts, pictures, images, or parts of the site without express permission at DAZZL.BG.
  • Users have no right to overload the site with fictitious requests or other information (flood).
  • Users are not allowed to use screenshots of the site without the express permission of DAZZL.BG.
  • The users of the site have no right to perform actions that violate generally established rules of communication, to perform malicious actions, spread viruses, etc., that violate or damage the rights or interests of third parties.
  • Every user, regardless of whether he is a client of DAZZL.BG undertakes when using the services:
  • Not to violate and respect the fundamental rights and freedoms of citizens and human rights, according to the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and recognized international acts;
  • Not to violate others' property or non-property, absolute or relative rights and interests, such as property rights, intellectual property rights, etc.;
  • To comply with Bulgarian legislation, applicable foreign laws, rules of morality and good manners and Internet ethics when using the services provided by DAZZL.BG .
  • To immediately notify DAZZL.BG of any case of committed or discovered violation when using the provided services.

 

PERSONAL DATA

 

  • DAZZL.BG takes due care to protect the personal data of its users, which became known when filling out the electronic form for making an application for purchase DAZZL.BG undertakes not to disclose any personal data about the user to third parties - state authorities, commercial companies, individuals and other, except in cases where:

 

- has received the express written consent of the Client.

  • DAZZL.BG protects the customer's data, which became known to him when filling out the electronic form for making a purchase application, as this obligation is lost if the customer has provided incorrect data.
  • In compliance with current legislation and the clauses of these General Terms and Conditions, DAZZL.BG may use the client's personal data for the purposes provided for in the contract.
  • Any other purposes for which the data is used will be in accordance with Bulgarian legislation, applicable international acts, Internet ethics, rules of morality, and good manners.
  • DAZZL.BG undertakes not to disclose any personal data about the client to third parties - state authorities, commercial companies, individuals, and others, except in cases where he has received his express written consent, the information is requested by government bodies or officials who, according to current legislation, are authorized to request and collect such information.
  • DAZZL.BG is obliged to provide the information under the law.

 

AGREEMENT TO SITE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

 

  • DAZZL.BG reserves the right to make changes to these General Terms and Conditions, at any time, it is the user's responsibility to check these General Terms and Conditions at any time before using the site. By visiting the internet pages of DAZZL.BG, we assume that you agree to our general terms of use of the site. If you do not agree with them, please do not use this site. We have created these rules and guidelines for the sole purpose of protecting you and ensuring you have a safe and enjoyable time visiting this site. You hereby agree that all subsequent purchases are governed by the terms and conditions applicable until the posting of amended terms and conditions, and thereafter under such amended terms and conditions.
